@oChron1cTQ yes, you can still post your music. You have access to post your creations to all of the portals. Supporter is not required.

What is extremely helpful to know are the audio guidelines, knowing these solves a lot of problems. Honestly when I first got to Newgrounds, I wish I read them all first.
